A few weeks ago we implemented page caching to improve the performance of the site. It works well except for this one issue you're seeing. We are trying to fix the bug. Thanks for your patience in the mean time.

Hi there, each time I click submit I get taken back to the login window. So I login again and it recognizes me, so I hit submit and then straight back to the login. This has been happening for a few weeks now. Any ideas? Cheers.

Just wanted to let you know, the OBNOXIOUS popover advert you have on the front page (currently mrs Dash) obscures the 'submit' link and won't go away even if you sit through the flash and click on the X. Please, please go back to static ads!

I'm trying to submit a "contact" question to you. I keep getting the statement that my challenge question is unacceptable. What is a challenge question? II'd like to know how to get copies of the gluten-free recipes in your pictures. I have registered and I've tried to contact you but your software won't let me ask you a question unless I enter an acceptable "challenge question." What is a challenge question? Don't you have a phone number for frustrated people like me? I want to contact you, but I have to have a challenge question and I don't know what a challenge question is!

Hello. Is there a how-to page that explains how to submit? I tried and it said couldn't submit previously uploaded picture. Uploaded where? To my blog page? Sorry to be ignorant.
Somehow it won't submit my entree. When I go submissions page, its 0 pending.
Submitted a photo once and it posted 5 times.
I've been trying to submit on and off for the past two hours and continue to get the Error Message: Form Elements must not be named "submit"
I've refreshed, rebooted and even tried two different submissions.
This one's got me perplexed!

Still had the same problems today after restarting the computer and logging in again - after much thought and consternation - it was the name of my jpg file it didn't like: Edamame 008 - I took out the 008 and all is well with the world. Thanks FG!

I have cleared the browser cache, and it still gives me the submit error message.
In the past it used to be so easy submitting pictures, now it is just frustrating !
@giddygastronome Sorry for the frustration, but we aren't aware of any issues with submitting once you clear your browser cache. Which browser/version are you using? Have you tried a different browser?
I had your website in my favorites list for a year now. Im just glad that you have a site like this that viewers can see instantly the visualization of the food they would like to prepare. As for me, I love to cook a lot and your site has really given me so much ease.
