BBQ Chicken Pizza made on my Traeger grill. Crispy on outside, chewy inside!

Sort of a Pizza and sort of a Hamburger. Ground sirloin, grilled onions, mozzarella and provolone cheese on an Italian roll.

This is not your typical hot dog and was inspired by a recent visit to a Shake Shack restaurant. A little sweet, spice and lots of flavor!
