Chicken Birria tamales are made with boneless chicken breast and birria sauce made from dried chiles and a hint of cinnamon.

Pulled pork is encased in corn masa, then steamed until light and tender. Accompanying the tamal is a corn salsa spiked with serrano chile.

These sweet tamales are filled with vanilla roasted pineapple and riesling poached raisins.
