I learned about Cacio d Pepe during one of Anthony Bourdain’s shows years ago. The only problem, it’s not vegan. My mission was clear.
I call this my BOOM! Salad: Beet + Orange + Onion + Mint. Such awesome flavor! Easy! Vegan!
Spiced & Roasted Cauliflower is delicious all by itself, but drizzle creamy tahini sauce, sprinkle on sesame seeds & boom!
Leave it to Anthony Bourdain to jazz up cauliflower with tahini, miso and oregano.
