A south African boerewors burger with bacon, avocado and peppadew

It’s sunny! (if you’re not from UK, that doesn’t happen very often). And today I’m cooking an African dish, Boerewors & Mieliepap.

A simple pizza dough recipe,spread a thick layer tomato sauce with dried oregano and topped it with pan fried boerewors & caramelized onion.

On its own, the humble boerewors shines in this amazing dish of Boerewors and Roasted Tomato Risotto.
