You will just heart my Indian, Christmas Plum Cake. This rich, dark & boozy fruit cake is filled with rum soaked dried fruits and nuts. Hic!

This cake has a beautiful buttery texture and is full of flavour. Not overly sweet but but has absolute sweetness of the apples.
