Sweetened & caramelized balsamic-roasted red onions, bursting cherry tomatoes, & lots of basil make this simple pasta recipe extra special.

This recipe is super easy to do with limited washing up, but you will need a spare couple of hours as we need to soak the chicken.

These marinated, slow roasted onions get soft and creamy on the inside and caramelize on the outside for a killer side dish. Mouthwatering!

The color comes out to be a beautiful, darker brown and more importantly they taste even better.
