Making a batch of old fashioned, southern ham salad is one of my favorite ways to use up leftover ham after the holidays.

An Easter ham is a classic centerpiece — this version uses a brown sugar and molasses rub to make a sweet crust.

Hearty figs pie, great for so many reasons. Eat it for lunch, main course, starter or even as a dessert. Figs are awesome!
