Sorrel Drink is a refreshing sweet and tart Caribbean drink of steeped Sorrel (Hibiscus) with cinnamon, allspice, and cloves.

For this dish I fused Zobo (aka hibiscus)  with coconut, strawberries and blueberries to create a fantastic Zobo Berry Coconut Popsicle.

A combination of two teas: a delectable earl grey cake with hibiscus tea frosting all in one cake!

A refreshing drink of Roselle, spices and tropical fruits

If I could I would replace all fizzy drinks in the world with this very healthy popular Nigerian beverage…zobo.
